Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, campaign goals, brand materials, media preferences, approval decisions, content, files, timelines, audience information, communication guidelines, and any documentation needed for service completion.
Scope of Work
Each project is based on an approved estimate, invoice, proposal, service agreement, campaign scope, or written statement of work. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, updated timelines, or written approval.
Payments
Clients agree to pay all approved charges according to the terms listed on the invoice, proposal, agreement, or payment page. Payments may be required before work begins, at milestones, or upon completion depending on the service arrangement. Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL protection.
Service Delivery
Services are delivered through email communication, scheduled meetings, written strategy documents, campaign plans, press releases, messaging guides, media lists, content calendars, reporting files, vendor coordination, outreach records, client-approved milestones, and agreed project timelines.
Results and Media Placement
CHROMA CHIC LLC provides professional PR strategy, communication planning, outreach, and campaign support. We do not guarantee specific media placement, publication acceptance, audience response, platform approval, follower growth, sales results, search ranking, or third-party decisions unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds may be considered when the service has not yet started; no discovery, consultation, research, campaign planning, media list development, press material preparation, creative coordination, vendor coordination, advertising setup, content planning, reporting, or administrative work has been performed; and no digital advertising costs, media tools, press distribution fees, design tools, contractor costs, vendor fees, professional services, event materials, printing, travel-related project expenses, or project-specific expenses have been incurred.
Refunds are generally not available for completed services, work already performed, consultation time already used, research already completed, campaign strategy already prepared, media lists already developed, outreach already conducted, press releases already written, content calendars already prepared, design work already created, digital ads already launched, press distribution fees already paid, vendor research already performed, event materials already purchased, reporting already prepared, contractor fees, vendor fees, professional service fees, campaign files, and digital deliverables already delivered.
